Refund policy

You have a 14-day right of return, i.e. you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (see rights of withdrawal).

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unopened in their original packaging or have never been used.

To arrange a return, you can contact us at info@coffee-world.de. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Coffee World, Nördliche Bergstraße 58, D-69469 Weinheim.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems (defective products)

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and rectify the problem. For our defective products, the return is completely free of charge. This means that your shipping costs are 0.00 EUR and the restocking fee is 0.00 EUR.

Your responsibility (customer loyalty)

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item you purchased by mistake is no longer needed or if it is the wrong products so that we can assess and resolve the issue. For your regret products, you will have to pay a certain amount for the return shipment. You will be responsible for the actual cost of the return. The restocking fee is EUR 0.00.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of reduced items or gift cards.

Exchange

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different item, the quickest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the item. Once the return has been accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and checked your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 6 working days. The processing time for the refund is therefore 6 working days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
