THE ROASTERY Specialty Coffee

The Roastery” is Novell’s latest project to create the finest specialty coffees.
The new concept will surprise coffee connoisseurs and experts in many gourmet cafés and specialized coffee shops.
The coffees in the series are designed by the in-house Q-Grader and have been refined with an optimal roasting curve.
In addition to three Single Origin Specialty Coffees, the range includes a Bespoke Blend.
All are well-balanced roasts with balanced acidity and sweetness.
